About the Speakers

Sunil Rajaraman
SVP of Marketing at Replicon

Sunil is responsible for all marketing functions globally (including demand generation, content marketing, customer marketing and other initiatives). Prior to Replicon, Sunil Co-Founded and was the former CEO of Scripted.com, the largest marketplace on the Internet for businesses to hire freelance writers. Scripted raised $16M of capital from Redpoint Ventures, Crosslink Capital and Storm Ventures. After Scripted and before Replicon, Sunil joined Foundation Capital as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence where he helped the firm source and perform diligence on early stage venture capital deals. Sunil is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College, and the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Jamie Holmes
Managing Director of Consulting at Xoomworks

Jamie is an expert at planning and managing consulting business growth. He is responsible for powering the team at Xoomworks to profitability. His focus areas include building a stronger brand with clearer offerings across BI and Procurement lines of business which will be key to their business’ future growth, driving better lead generation and sales activity, and partner relationships whilst closely monitoring delivery and quality of the output from the teams on each client assignment. Prior to running the Consulting business, Jamie was the Operations Director, responsible for the day to day running of the operational side of the business, with accountability for the quality and profitability of all client assignments and follow-on sales initiatives through credible client engagement, which saw over 90% of annual sales coming through this channel. Jamie also has extensive Project Management experience as a consultant for several clients. Jamie serves as a mentor for graduates at his alma mater, Manchester University, where he graduated in Mechanical Engineering.
